CEO & Co-Founder · Ponnd World
Ponnd is my attempt to make professional identity a little more interesting. It is a love letter to the multitudes we contain, if you will.

As CEO of a small team, I lead product, design, innovation and general goings on across the business. The business itself feels like the culmination of years of learning, the many hats worn and, perhaps most importantly, the personal feeling of professional isolation that can come from being difficult to place.

So if you love what we’re doing, please let me know. If you don’t, there’s a feedback section somewhere.

Host & Founder · Three Martini Lunch
TML is a long-form interview series exploring modern careers through conversations with founders, creatives, operators and industry leaders. After the success of Ponnd's Career Lore, we wanted a format that allowed us to sit down (with martinis) and really get into the nitty gritty.

I led the project from concept through to production, bringing together the editorial, creative and operational sides of the series.

Founder & Designer · Elsewhere
Sometimes I lend my time and “skills” to projects, people and opportunities I find interesting.

From the larger things, like rebrands, product design and often-weird strategy, to the nitty gritty of consulting and helping people get clear on what they're trying to do. I like it all.

MCA Next Committee Member · Museum of Contemporary Art Australia
Part time philanthropist. Full time art-lover.
Cultivating a generation of new philanthropists.
Oct 2022 — Jul 2025
Creative Director · La Robe Club
A graphic design studio I founded that worked with private clients, brands and companies across identity, event design, print and digital media.

I led the studio from creative direction through to execution, working directly with clients to develop visual identities, campaigns, event experiences and the various design collateral that brought them to life. It was also where I really began to understand the business of creative work: managing clients, projects, budgets, timelines and the inevitable moving goalposts.
Jun 2019 — Oct 2022
Founder · VacancyMode
My first business, founded during COVID, born out of a desire to make something with my hands.

What started as a small handmade jewellery project grew into a six-figure e-commerce business, giving me my first real education in building a brand from scratch. I taught myself product development e-commerce, content, marketing, customer experience and how to manage a team.

Fun fact - During this time I personally made over 10,000 units of jewellery my hand.
Angelina Ballerina · Ballerina
And before everything, there was Ballet.

I started at 3 years old due to my mother needing something to keep me entertained (I don't think she ever knew a moments peace, still doesn't). At 14 I left school to pursue ballet full-time, where I trained 8-4pm (plus weekends) and finished my education after hours. At 17 I made the move to New York where I lived, danced and worked for 4 years.

Ballet is responsible for a lot of who I am today (the good and the questionable). It taught me discipline, perseverance, appreciation of craft, strength and healthy competitiveness.
